Delivery

Our standard shipping is by Royal Mail mainland

• Orders upto £49.99 costs £2.95

• Orders over £50 costs FREE

We aim to have your order dispatched to you within 3-5 working days following the receipt of your order. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Returns

We offer 14 days returns policy for unused items returned in original condition and packaging.

For hygiene purposes earrings are non returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

Please state the following:

• Your order number

• Which item you wish to rerturn

• The reason for the return

Our policy lasts 14 days from reciept. After this time unfortunately we can't offfer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If you haven't received your refund within 10 working days firstly please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at sales@ks-design.co.uk

Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but may be credited.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at sales@ks-design.co.uk.

For incorrect or faulty items please send back to us using tracked mail and we will reimburse you the postage cost - always get proof of postage and a receipt. For any other returns you will be responsible for your own shipping costs, the original shipping costs are non refundable, you will only get a refund for the cost of the goods.
