Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A second email will be sent once it has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We offer 14 days returns policy for unused items returned in original condition. For hygiene purposes earrings are not returnable unless faulty.
Q. My order has not arrived?
A. If you have not received your order after 7 working days from dispatch, please email us at sales@ks-design.co.uk and we will investigatre for you.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. Please email us at sales@ks-design.co.uk quoting your order number.
Q. What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
A. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item we are very sorry - mistakes can happen but hopefully not often. Please contact us before sending back at sales@ks-design.co.uk
